The hotel has a stunning ocean view, with excellent and clean rooms, but unfortunately, they are very old and smelly. The service was outstanding, with exceptionally friendly staff who go out of their way to assist. The location was nice, though adjacent to an unpleasant sewage issue. The dining experience featured poor-quality buffets, despite having tasty sandwiches available.
The only good thing in this hotel was the rooms, especially considering we paid for an all-inclusive option but had to pay extra for everything like beach beds and cocktails. The rooms were old with nothing like coffee or refrigeration, and the check-in process took over 2 hours among a sea of loud families and screaming children.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while lacking some basic amenities, were clean and excellent considering we opted for the 'all-inclusive' package that turned out to require additional payments for various services. Overall, the hotel presented a clean environment.
